The team you will be a part of

The Business HR team implements the organization's human resource strategy so that the organization attracts, manages, develops and retains the employees it needs to achieve its current and future business objectives. Evaluate the organization's future workforce needs in order to recommend changes to the HR strategy and adapt existing HR programs to meet these needs.

Your responsibilities will include

Cumplimiento e involucramiento con las políticas de los sistemas de gestión aplicables.

Asegurar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos de los sistemas de gestión aplicables y asignar los recursos necesarios para su ejecución, asi como la autoridad para cancelar operaciones o actividades que puedan generar problemas de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente.

Cumplir y hacer cumplir las Políticas de la empresa.

Administrar los Procesos Recursos Humanos y de Talento del sitio

Traducir la Visión y Estrategia estableciendo metas y prioridades alineadas en los equipos

Inspirar a otros para lograr los mejores resultados.

Minimum requirements

- Educación: Licenciatura ó Ingeniería (Maestría Deseable)

- Experiencia: Líder de Función/ Coordinador de Recursos Humanos en Planta, Líder de Proyecto en Procesos de Recursos Humanos.

- Habilidades: Negociación, Relaciones Interpersonales, Facilidad de Palabra, Toma de decisiones, Ingles avanzado, Trabajo en equipo, Capacidad de análisis, Liderazgo.

- Formación: Metodología WCM, Diseño Organizacional, Laboral, Análisis de Datos

Preferred skills and experiences

-Inglés Avanzado

-Experiencia en Planta de manufactura
