The Basics

Generate business value through the generation of Centers of Excellence (CoE's) that achieve the optimization of IT processes, resources and services by leveraging current technological capabilities (Hardware, Software, Best Practices and IT Human Resources) and the generation of new IT capabilities that generate efficiencies and economies of scale to the different business units of the organization.


 

What you will do/ Your day to day

  • Define, measure and ensure the achievement of the optimization objectives set for each capacity to be centralized and their management with the business.

  • Identification, development, centralization and use of reusable assets (catalog of assets and solutions)

  • Creation and innovation of additional capabilities to implement aligned to the needs of the Whirlpool IT ecosystem to optimize services to its end users.

  • Define and ensure the correct implementation of the Charge Back system to the business and IT leaders of the Whirlpool business units.

  • Identify and ensure the existence of a Whirlpool corporate IT governance framework that ensures the optimization of IT operations and service delivery throughout the business.

  • Lead the strategy and portfolio for the evolution and transformation of the business, optimizing the management of the portfolio of initiatives and projects.

  • Guarantee the management of change with Clients and stakeholders to guarantee the effectiveness of centralization and the achievement of benefits.

  • Measure and ensure the use of the technological assets of the IT Whirlpool ecosystem to reduce duplication of efforts, inefficient practices and unnecessary complexity of the ecosystem.

  • Negotiate and manage alliances with strategic partners necessary for the optimal operation of IT services

  • Administration and management of the installed, occupied and available capacity of the necessary resources for the delivery of services and projects (Human and technological)

 

Background and Experiences

 

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Systems, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Business, Management or related technical field 

  • 5+ years experience or related experience in IT.

  • Fluent English

  • Digital transformation, ERP process and platform such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft,google or others. 

  • Customer-oriented, active listening, negotiation, leadership, Centers of excellence,

  • Experience in defining services, experience in software machines, change management.
