The team you will be a part of

The Training and Development team develops, implements and evaluates employee development plans and programs to support organizational needs as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines such as management development, talent management, succession planning, technical or nontechnical training, or e-learning | Monitors employee development and training programs, assesses needs and results, develops new programs and modifies existing programs.

This role in summary


Propose actions and Strategies focused on product knowledge for the sales field force teams and creating plans to measure the knowledge acquired by those teams.

Your responsibilities will include

Develop training modules for Domestic appliances

Establish a training schedule for trade partners

Measure the performance of the teams by the acquired product knowledge

Perform on massive training events 

Minimum requirements

  • Education desired (what majors, what minimum degree)
    Bachelor degree, in administration, communications, industrial design.

  • Work Experience desired

  • Training & development jobs, teacher, sales

  • Nice to have idioms and  fluency level 

  • English 50%, (written and reading)

  • Systems acknowledgement (if applicable)

  • Office suite and google suite

  • Technical knowledge
