The team you will be a part of

The Sales Development team is responsible for sales training programs and training outcomes. Works with sales management to gain knowledge of training scenarios, and facilitates a variety of on and off site sales training courses to support the further development of the sales training curriculum. Training sessions can include new hire orientation, product training, sales process and consultative selling, presentation skills, phone selling skills and any other key learning required by sales management.

El Analista CPFR (Collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment) debe fungir como la conexión directa entre S&OP, Ventas y Logística, asegurando el cumplimiento de los niveles óptimos de Inventario de nuestros socios comerciales

Trabajando de manera  colaborativa con las áreas de resurtido y/o abasto de los clientes, integrando la visión comercial y la de suministro en un enfoque estratégico dando mayor visibilidad del Forecast de venta y resurtido semanal a las áreas estratégicas de la compañía.

Your responsibilities will include

Dentro de sus principales actividades debe garantizar  los niveles de abasto óptimos en punto de venta a través del análisis de los siguientes KPI´s: 

 

  • Ventas

  • Scorecard de seguimiento sell in y sell out

  • Fill Rate

  • In Stock

  • DOH

  • Fcst Accuracy

  • OTIF

  • Devoluciones pendientes de recolección

  • Agotados, Venta cero, Inventarios negativos

  • Dispersión del inventario en tiendas

Minimum requirements

Licenciatura terminada

Experiencia: 2 años en el puesto

Manejo de SAP

Excel avanzado

Fuertes habilidades analíticas 

Inglés Intermedio

Preferred skills and experiences

- Dar seguimiento a los programas de producción y arribo de mercancía para cubrir back order

- Bajar información del portal del cliente ( SO, e Inv)

- Hacer sugerido de distribución por PDV a partir de sugerido de compra a TP

- Asegurar la asignación de producto a back order

- Hacer revisión y aseguramiento de plan de embarques de logística

- Gestionar adelantos de citas o recibo como apoyo a logística

-Seguimiento a solicitudes de devolución de mercancía del TP

Additional information

Esta posición en colaboración con el KAM son responsables de contribuir con el 15% de las ventas totales de Whirlpool México
