Líder de Soporte Técnico


Location: Whirlpool Apodaca, Nuevo León.



  • Dar soporte a la red de servicio asegurando el cumplimiento de los procesos

  • autorización de pedidos de refacciones,

  • Pago a Talleres

  • Planeación de la demanda de refacciones y reabastos.

  • Garantizar la comunicación oportuna de información relacionada con la administración de la red de servicio

  • A cargo de 3 analistas de servicio.

  • Desarrollar proyectos de mejora a la operación de la red de servicio.



  • Carrera terminada: Ing Mec Administrador / Ing. Industrial / LAE o afín.

  • 3 a 4 años de experiencia en Soporte o Servicio Técnico.

  • Manejo de personal.

  • Conocimiento de herramientas de Calidad.

  • Experiencia en servicio a cliente.
