Manages Projects Introductions and various projects from pre-sourcing to launch and throughout project lifecycles to achieve Quality, Cost targets and maintain program timing according to WPD tollgates. Manages major cost reduction activities (TCP/TCQ) for current products. Leads and coordinates activities with internal process partners. Key Procurement reference person for New Products and major changes.




  • Leads the Procurement activities of all projects associated with the platform to meet Quality, Cost and Timing targets.
  • Plans and coordinates cost reduction activities for major TCP/TCQ, to meet Annual Business Plan objectives.
  • Ensures WPD process discipline and deliverables within Procurement.
  • Leads & coordinates the day-to-day activities at the platform level during new product introduction up to Mass Production.
  • Ensures NPR & PIQ activities are performed on new product launches.
  • Internal key Procurement contact for all launch activities within the projects.
  • Facilitates communication among Procurement, E&T, Material Management and Marketing.
  • Maintains Procurement’s Part Tracker information in Project BOM.
  • Provides support to Tooling Acquisition team.
  • Supports Target Costing activities in a project.
  • Resolve launch readiness situations and prepare/ensure cost, schedule, and quality objectives are achieved.
  • Balance activities for multiple projects to ensure all priorities and key objectives are met.




  • Advanced English (fluent)
  • Bachelor Degree: Engineer
  • 4-5 year previous experience
