JOB SUMMARY    
Global Product Safety:

  • Support the positive impact in the Field Monitoring and Data Verification process.                            
  • Support to provide timely and usable records of the safety field allegations in LAR North and South.                    
  • Support to ensure the quality of the safety allegation records loaded in the International Database.                    
  • The base of this position is Mexico in the Tech Center, and the job scope is to LAR North & South.

 

JOB DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Translate, upload, and analyze product safety records (allegations) in the International Database (Early Alert Database) according to the “Field Monitoring” process. The scope is for all product categories.                
  • Control and inventory of returned products for Inspection and Testing to the Mexico Regulatory and Compliance Lab.            
  • Tacking of products required for safety allegations (Emphasis in Mexico and support in the rest of LAR North).    

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Technician (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related)                                
  • 1 to 3 years - Database administration. Drawing & Specs interpretation                                
  • Home Appliance and installation (Desirable)                                
  • Proficient

  • Skills of verbal and written communication (English and Spanish).                                    
  • Broad judgment and discretion in confidential matters.                                    
  • Fluent English
