We are looking for a TPI (Trade Partner’s Bonuses) & Credit Management Analyst to join our finance organization, responsible for establishing and maintaining accounting policies and controls, fiscal controls, preparing financial reports and safeguarding the organization's assets. 


This position is based in Lodz. You will be working in a regional financial and logistic distribution centre in Poland and in collaboration with the EMEA HQ based in Italy.



Your tasks in this role will include:

Part of the TPI and credit management team and reporting directly to the team leader, your responsibilities will include:


  • Operate after-sales bonuses (TPI) process management in SAP (accrual maintenance, analysis, timely payouts, performing month-end activities, reporting)
  • Control the level of TPI reserve to ensure proper amounts for bonuses payouts
  • Perform the documentation control in relation to formal requirements related to TPI bonuses payouts 
  • Ensure credit management activities for Adriatic area customers portfolio, risk assessment, monitor and adjust customer credit limits within company policy and process
  • Perform month-end activities
  • Support directly the customer (phone, e-mail)
  • Interact with finance and sales local team
  • Support finance team on additional operative and reporting tasks
  • Fulfil SOX audits criteria

Background and Experiences


Minimum Requirements to Succeed

  • Degree (Bachelor or Master) in Economics, Finance or any related field
  • AR Experience 
  • Very good knowledge of SAP programs 
  • Proficiency in English both spoken and written

  • Ability to work in a global, international environment
  • Excellent communication skills and business focus
  • Experience in other financial departments (AP. RTR)
