Senior Cloud Architect
We are looking for someone who is able to:
Develop solutions architecture and evaluate architectural alternatives for private, public and hybrid cloud models, including IaaS, PaaS, and other cloud services
- Manage infrastructure across cloud and on-premise environments including Google cloud, AWS, Azure and vSphere
- Define optimal design patterns and solutions for high availability and disaster recovery for applications
- Migration experience Data Center to Data Center and Data Center to Cloud
- Infrastructure automation through scripting using IAC tools such as Cloudformation, Terraform.
- Experience with container orchestration tools (such as Kubernetes); including security, node sizing, monitoring, deployment best practices.
- Cloud managed kubernetes, such as EKS in AWS and GKE in GCP.
- Experience with Docker;
- Familiar with the continuous deployment mindset and applying test driven development to infrastructure
Certifications:
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate / AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional
- GCP Associate Cloud Engineer / GCP Professional Cloud Architect / Professional Data Engineer
Requirements:
- 3 years of professional experience in GCP/AWS
- Technical degree or equivalent experience
- Professional experience architecting/deploying/operating solutions built
- Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries
- Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
