Key Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Define internal components/process quality standards and relative control plan 
  • Collaborate in defining control methods on processes, products and components
  • Monitor and analyze internal quality data in order to understand the causes of issues
  • Supervise implementation of tests and rules for product testing 
  • Update and maintain Quality Management System 
  • Ensure  EH&S procedures observance 
  • Organise and promote regular meetings for structural Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement process focused on quality processes, quality help chain, products and components
  • Manage plan and control absenteeism, vacation, overtime, reward and recognitions processes
  • Identify, create and develop together with HR individual training plan
  • Provide and ensure support for issue escalation process (help chain)
  • Ensure training and coaching on specific topics related to quality 
  • Leading Quality organization, for dedicated area 
  • Leading Quality for the overall Quality action plan for the whole Product line - define budgets in term of Service interventions, Customer rating improvement
  • Promotion of ISO 9001, quality culture, and WCM methodology inside the organization

Our requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Microsoft and SAP knowledge
  • Engineering background 
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Experience in managing an ISO 9001
  • Basic experience in team and project management
  • Basic EH&S management
  • Excellent analytical skills, managing big data, visualisation of project KPIs through data analysis
  • Practical knowledge of effective methods of WCM - Quality Control, 5W+1H, 5W, PDCA, 8D, Statistical Process Control
  • Great problem-solving skills
