To our dynamically growing SSC in the heart of Łódź we are looking for an individual contributor to join the team as a Junior AML Analyst.
Your main scope is to analyse and monitor company’s incoming payments to ensure compliance with regulations to combat domestic and international money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crimes. This includes working with customers and multiple business units to analyze current practices to ensure compliance with regulations and identify process improvement opportunities.

What will your responsibilities include:

  • Performing Incoming Payment Verification Control
  • Making a determination whether the transactions should be filed as suspicious activity in accordance with AML guidelines and escalates to the Legal and Compliance Central Team
  • Working closely with BTC, CMD Team, Local Markets, Audit, Legal and Compliance Central Team, Automation Team
  • Driving the improvement in the process and systems to ensure audit accuracy
  • Making sure all the whole Anti-Money Laundering process is running timely and properly in order to accurately report EMEA results.
  • Communicating the changes and updates in the process to all EMEA countries


Our requirements:

  • Excellent MS Excel skills, Google Sheets & G-suite tools knowledge is a must
  • Analytical thinking
  • Fluent English
  • Finance background will be considered a great asset
  • Previous experience in working with large sets of data will be a great asset
  • Knowledge of VBA will be a great asset 
  • SAP knowledge as advantage
  • Self-driven approach
