Job scope
We are looking for people to join our HR Operations team in the new HR Call Center. As the HR Operations Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for all HR queries. The ultimate goal is to ensure all queries will be answered or routed to the right team and to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

The role is located in the heart of Łódź, nearby Łódź – Fabryczna (Home Office possibility -2,3 days per week).

 

Your tasks in this role

  • Daily phone calls, chats, and disposition of incoming work 
  • Use procedures, policy manuals, knowledge, and other reference materials to answer and resolve inquiries
  • Forward employees to functional specialists when in-depth functional knowledge is required
  • Forward employee inquiries to third party vendors/outsourced providers, as necessary
  • Communicate Human Resources and other related policies, procedures, and government regulations, including proper utilization of HR Ops
  • Complete simple Human Resources related transactions
  • Document all employee inquiries and issues
  • Recognize and report unusual events or consistent problems areas to Team Lead
  • Identify Continuous Improvement opportunities and work with team members to implement improvement

 

Background and Experience
Minimum requirements to succeed

  • Fluent Italian and English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, depending on the criticality of tasks

Preferred Requirements

  • Professional experience as HR Ops/HR Administrator or work in an international Call Center
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and under time pressure
  • Ability to work within an international environment
  • Well organized and Team Spirit building skills
