The team you will be a part of

The Accounting team establishes and maintains accounting policies and controls, fiscal controls, preparing financial reports and safeguarding the organization's assets. Maintains accounting and financial records and reports, including general ledger, financial statements, regulatory and management reports.

This role in summary

We are looking for a Credit Management and TPI Analyst in Accounts Receivable to join our finance organization, responsible for establishing and maintaining accounting policies and controls, fiscal controls, preparing financial reports, and safeguarding the organization's assets. 
The role is located in the heart of Łódź, nearby Łódź – Fabryczna, but YOU CAN WORK UP TO 4 DAYS A WEEK FROM HOME.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Credit management activities for EMEA customers portfolio, risk assessment, monitoring and adjusting customer credit limits within company policy and process
  • Controlling the level of TPI ( Trade Partners Incentives)  reserve to ensure proper amounts for bonuses, payouts after-sales bonuses (TPI) process management in SAP (accrual maintenance, analysis, timely payouts, performing month-end activities, reporting)
  • Constant cooperation with finance and sales local teams
  • Managing customer's accounts on a daily basis, contacting them via email and phone
  • Managing disputes - coordinating the resolution and clarifying any issues with the client or/and departments in charge
  • Cash Collection activities
  • Managing customer relations
  • Account reconciliation
  • Performing month-end activities
  • Looking for areas of improvement in the process

Minimum requirements

  • Fluent English language
  • 2+ years of experience in the finance area
  • Good knowledge of SAP (or other ERP systems) and Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred skills and experiences

  • The Czech or/and Slovak languages knowledge would be a plus
  • Well organized and Team Spirit building skills
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
