Your Task in This Role Will Include


  • Credit management activities for Ukrainian customers portfolio, risk assessment, monitor and adjust customer credit limits within company policy and process
  • Ensuring on-time payment from customers
  • Order release within company policy and process
  • Performing month-end activities
  • Direct customer contact (phone, e-mail)
  • Interact with finance and sales local team
  • Support finance team on additional operative and reporting tasks
  • After sales bonuses (TPI) management in SAP (accrual maintenance, analysis, timely payouts, performing month-end activities, reporting)
  • Fulfilling SOX audits criteria


Minimum Requirements

  • Fluent in Ukrainian
  • Proficiency in English both spoken and written
  • AR Experience
  • Working in SAP program experience
  • Strong analytical skills, and attention to details


Preferred Requirements


  • Bachelor's/Master's degree
  • Ability to work in a global, international environment
  • Excellent communication skills and business focus
  • Experience in other financial departments (AP/ RTR)
